Your day includes visits to up to 4 wineries, delicious lunch and exclusive tasting experiences. Commencing at 10am with pick up from your hotel in a luxury vehicle. We will return at approx. 5pm where you can reminisce about this very special day in the Valley. Please note we are happy to make changes and design the tour, visiting any preferred 4 wineries to suit you. De Bortoli Winery
Here we enjoy a hosted tasting of local and international cheeses from the Cheese Maturation Room. All matched perfectly with Yarra Valley Estate Wine. The extensive tasting includes Reserve wines and Noble One Botrytis Semillon one of the most awarded wines in history and the benchmark dessert wine in Australia.
Coombe Estate
Once the home of Australia’s first opera dive, Dame Nellie Melba we visit Coombe Estate for a wonderful food and wine match. Here we match Sydney Rock Oyster with Tribute Melba Blanc de blanc before commencing the tasting of Coombe Farm wines in the welcoming cellar door. Take some time to see the gardens (home to Victoria’s oldest swimming pool) and walk through the gallery which displays some interesting artifacts from a fascinating family history.
Ezard at Levantine Hill
Enjoy a leisurely 2 course lunch at exclusive hatted chef (Teage Ezard) venue Ezard at Levantine Hill. This offers a seasonal menu of platters, main meal and a wine flight perfectly matched to your meal. Dominique Portet
Your last stop will leave a lasting memory of the Yarra Valley as you can choose between a Barrel Tasting or chocolate and cabernet sauvignon pairing at 10th generation winemaker Dominique Portet. Dominique Portet L’amour du Cabernet et du Chocolat is a paring of dark chocolate and Cabernet Sauvignon, natural companions. Explore the history of chocolate and winemaking. Or you may choose a French Oak Barrel Tasting and tour of the winery.

Enjoy the sparkling wine and spectacular views from the only Domaine Chandon in Australia. Here you can enjoy a tasting of 6 sparkling wines or a range tasting to choose a glass of sparkling so you can soak in the views from the terrace.
