Cheese and Bread Making class, hosted with chef & award-winning cheese maker Tamara Newing is a hands on class that features guidelines, advice, the basics, hints & tips in an interactive class hosted at Tamara’s Kitchen in Mt Martha.

This wonderful class has been designed for 4 hours of informative and fun learning about making cheese and bread and to share this food and wine experience with family and friends in a beautiful setting on the Mornington Peninsula.

Your visit to Tamara’s Kitchen includes lunch that with a glass of Dromana Estate wine, a high quality producer on the Mornington Peninsula

All you need is your love of cheese and bread, food and wine. You don’t need to be a masterchef. Tamara takes all the complexity out of cooking these glorious staples so you can start to create your very own cheese boards and discover new ways to incorporate cheese into recipes at home.

These days, in addition to two new cookbooks, Tamara has re-invigorated her Melbourne cooking school on the Mornington Peninsula, using the best local produce and wines to showcase her easy, fuss free and approachable style of cooking.Her latest book, Curd & Crust will be available for purchase at the class.

Cheese and Bread Making Inclusions
