Epicurean Day Tours Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or change the itinerary at any stage for the best guest experience. This includes venue swap outs when venues are fully booked or closed for functions.
Private Tour Tours for Two or Private Charter Cancellation
Require credit card details and a non-refundable deposit of $200 or 1 guests rate to secure the booking for a private group. Non refundable deposit if tour is cancelled 5 days before tour date. Balance is required 5 days before the tour date. No refund after payment 5 days before tour. We reserve the right to deduct an admin fee or pass on non refundable deposits from venues.
“No Show” on the day, is a late cancellation, No Refund
We quote with regard to the number of guests advised on the day and will quote to a range of 2 and re-quote if the number of guests changes.

Small Group Tour 2-6 guests Cancellation
Non refundable 3 days (72 hours) before tour start date
Small Group Public Tours: Epicurean Food and Wine Tours have a 4-person minimum and we reserve the right to cancel the tour if we do not have these numbers to operate. You may be given the option to upgrade to a private tour or postpone your tour date. We will contact you 1-2 days prior to discuss.
Direct bookings will be “pending” as we require 4 guests to proceed with a tour. We will confirm or be in contact with options within 24 hours of reciept of booking. Payment (in full) will only be taken upon confirmation of booking. Credit Card or Bank Transfer
All bookings need to be confirmed by you 24 hours before tour departure time at :0418 336 005 or info@epicureantours.com.au. This is to clarify departure point and time and any other special requirements. Failure to do so may mean a late cancellation with no refund (our discretion)
We reserve the right to request a bond and deduct a cleaning fee at cost for any damage incurred either on the vehicle or at venues visited
