You’re in good hands with Chris Lillico whose Italian heritage and early experiences in Italian and European kitchens helped him develop his passion for Italian cuisine. Born in New Zealand then having cutting his teeth in some of Melbourne’s classic Italian restaurants before heading to New Zealand to hone his skills. Chris travelled and worked through out Europe and Italy bringing back to Australia his love of food and Italian culture. His passion for Italian Cookery is reflected in the Fondata menu with Gnocchi and one of those dishes that you may remember forever.
The gnocchi recipes reflect seasonal, local produce, made in the style of Nonna and full of flavour.
