Lunch Venue Merrick’s General Wine Store is nestled between rolling hills and the beautiful coastline of Westernport Bay. The homestead was built in 1922 to serve as a community space, post office and general store. Merrick’s General Wine Store is the most iconic historical establishment on the Mornington Peninsula and cellar door to Elgee park and Baillieu wines as well as some small batch local producers.

Retaining all the character and charm of vintage Australiana with its tin and timber structure, timber floors, verandahs and porches, Merrick’s General Store is an ideal lunch spot for all seasons with cosy corners and outdoor dining options on the terrace.
