A guided tasting at Chandon works through the estate's sparkling styles with sweeping views over the vines. From there it's on to a leisurely lunch at either Soumah of Yarra Valley or Tokar Estate — seasonal, chef-led menus with vineyard or mountain views — with a wine tasting included at whichever venue you land at. To round the day out, a Four Pillars Gin tasting paddle featuring their Melbourne Laneways Gin: a fitting nod to the city you've left behind for the day, distilled a world away from the racetrack.

Before lunch, a tasting through Soumah’s range at the cellar door. 15 minutes, admission included.
Lunch at Ai Fiori Trattoria, Soumah
A relaxed Northern Italian lunch overlooking the vines, with a wine tasting included. Seasonal, chef-led menus — or Tokar Estate as the alternate venue, with mountain views.
Domaine Chandon
A hosted tasting through five of Chandon’s sparkling styles, guided by someone who knows the house. 90 minutes, admission included.
Four Pillars Distillery
A tasting paddle through Four Pillars’ range, including their Melbourne Laneways Gin. 90 minutes, admission included.
