Begin the day wrapped in scarves and a beanie and anticipation as you join a 2 hour Red Hill Truffles hunt.  With an expert guide and even more expert truffle dogs, Springer Spaniels—you’ll wander through the oak and hazelnut trees in search of the elusive black gold. There’s something very satisfying about uncovering these fragrant beauties straight from the earth.

After the Truffle Hunt (or as a seperate event) what better way than to see how they are cooked and taste them, with a warm welcome at Fare Italian. Chef Deborah Bourke opens her kitchen to guests for a hands-on cooking and dining experience that’s heartfelt, authentic, and full of flavour. Learn traditional Italian techniques, roll pasta, stir rich sauces, and enjoy the kind of long-table feast that makes you feel like family. Truffles, of course, take centre stage.
